Honestly this place smacks. Atleast what I got was delicious. The braised beef, saffron rice, greens(kale, brussles, and other crunchy greens), tomatoe/cucumber, garlic sauce, tzatziki and roasted veggies with the BBQ pita chips and their spicy tomatoe hummus(idr the name) sauce they have, on the side. I mixed the blueberry lavender and strawberry ginger juices together and that was super refreshing. There are plenty of protein and vegan options on the menu. Bowls, wraps or salads. Build your own of it all. The staff working the counter were super positive and helpful. Knowledgeable and informative about the options and ingredients. I was offered a sample of the protein before I made my decision and it was all done with a smile. Kudos to the staff. Now the restaurant was modern. It was a bit messy but probably because the line had one person ahead of me then it was a full line wrapped to the other corner of the store. It must stay busy and limit the staffs availability for lobby clean up. I note it looked wiped down but not clean. It wasnt too loud or noisy while I ate even with the place being pretty full. The parking lot is a U shape around the building and its labeled as a one w

WOW! My first time here and I LOVE this place! I was shocked that lamb is on the menu, and not pricey to order it! I inhaled my bowl - so delicious. Shout out to Alyssa and Jay - they made ordering fun, and were so helpful for getting a newbie a great meal. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great food, great service and super friendly staff! **Adding to my review ** My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times now and it has become our favorite place to eat. We live about 45 minutes away and have drove here just to get food and go back home. We will be continuing to eat here, thank you so much!!!

I had one of THE BEST dining experiences of my life at this CAVA, thanks to Stephen and his incredible team!! I live with Alpha‑Gal Syndrome, which makes eating out extremely difficult and quite scary. Stephen went far above and beyond to assure me, in a way I had never experienced anywhere else. He personally plated every single ingredient for me from the back, untouched by front‑of‑house hands, and walked me through each step with kindness, patience, and zero judgment. Not once did he or his staff make me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. They treated my situation with respect, understanding, and genuine care. Stephen and his team are absolutely EVERYTHING that is good in the world! Their compassion and attention to detail made me feel safe, seen, and welcomed! Sadly, that feels rare these days... However, because of them, CAVA will absolutely remain in my rotation. I’m deeply grateful for the way they showed up for me. I'd give 50 stars if I could. Thank you so much again, Stephen!! You and your crew are the absolute BEST!! - ALL OF MY LOVE AND THANKS!!!

I have been going to Cava on Alps Rd. on and off for years. Honestly, the portion size to price ratio was no longer justifiable; the serving sizes dwindled over the years. On several final visits the staff acted like they did not want to be there and were rude and short, so I stopped going. I went for the first time in a while a few weeks ago and the food was tasty and the portion was not skimped on; the bowl was full all around. I went again today and it was a different story. First off, upon walking in I noticed that the outside of the building was just dirty and looked tired. When I walked in, I noticed the same. The young man who served me did not seem happy to be there, let alone serve me, but he did. That said, he skimped on all ingredients but the super greens, although I did have to ask for a little extra as I don't do any carbs there short of the spreads so I think that's a fair ask. He literally gave me 1/2 a scoop of each of the spreads I requested. Then he chumped out on the chicken and the toppings. I didn't complain because I Google review instead. I paid my $13.60 and some odd cents and went on my way. The young lady who checked me out was perfectly nice and apolog
